The Israel Government calls for international students with an academic degree can use this service to apply for an 8 months academic scholarship or 3 weeks Hebrew/Arabic Summer language course scholarship, in Israel.
According to the application guidelines on the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs website, the deadline is January 1, but the Embassy of Israel in Tokyo will be closed during the year-end and New Year holidays, so the deadline is as follows.

*After submitting the documents, applicants will be interviewed by the diplomat in charge of the Embassy.
