Ambassador Gilad Cohen paid his first visit to the Tsukuba Space Center of the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) and met with JAXA President Dr. Yamakawa. Israel's activities in the field of space include the lunar lander "Beresheet", the satellite constellation project, and signing the US-led Artemis Accord this year. It is hoped that collaboration and cooperation with JAXA will develop in a wide range of fields in aerospace.
